Community Roots & Shoots – Dayton, Nevada
Seasonal | Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Community Roots & Shoots seeks experienced, motivated team members to join our vibrant nursery and garden center in Dayton, Nevada, just 15 miles east of Carson City. We offer high-quality plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, and vegetable starts, serving a loyal customer base from Northern Nevada and Eastern California.

As a unique nonprofit garden center, we are deeply rooted in youth empowerment and community engagement. Our work supports local school gardens, a vibrant farmers market, and year-round programs under the umbrella of Healthy Communities Coalition of Lyon and Storey Counties.

Ideal candidates will have:

✅ Previous nursery or garden center experience

✅ Strong customer service and plant care skills

✅ A passion for horticulture and community engagement

✅ Willingness to work in a dynamic, outdoor environment
