🩸 Give Blood, Save Lives β€” and Maybe Win Big! 🩸

We’re calling on our incredible Dayton community to roll up their sleeves and join us for our upcoming blood drive! Your donation could help save a life β€” and there are a few extra perks, too.

πŸ“… Date: Monday, June 2nd, 2025
πŸ• Time: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
πŸ“ Location: 209 Dayton Valley Road, Dayton, NV

Whether you’re a first-time donor or a seasoned lifesaver, every drop counts. And as a thank you, all donors will receive an eGift card and be entered for a chance to win $10,000!

πŸ“ Tips for a Great Blood Donation Experience:

To help you feel your best before, during, and after donating, here are a few helpful tips:

1. Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your donation. Proper hydration helps make the donation process smoother and faster.

2. Eat Well Before You Donate
Have a healthy meal within a few hours of donating. Focus on iron-rich foods like leafy greens, red meat, beans, or fortified cereals to help replenish your iron levels.

3. Bring a Valid ID
Don’t forget your photo ID or donor card β€” you’ll need it to check in.

4. Wear Comfortable Clothing
Short sleeves or sleeves that can easily be rolled up make the process easier.

5. Take It Easy Afterwards
After your donation, relax for a few minutes and enjoy a snack (we’ll have them ready!). Avoid heavy exercise for the rest of the day and continue to hydrate.

6. Bring a Friend!
Donating with someone else can make the experience more fun and help increase community impact.

πŸ’ͺ Let’s come together to support patients in need β€” and make a difference, one pint at a time.
