Healthy Communities Coalition of Lyon, Mineral and Storey Counties (HCC) serves several communities, listed below. Through our community partners we’ve formed a network to provide these rural areas with health and wellness resources they could otherwise not access, such as recreational programming, health and social services, and mental health services.
